Inspiration

Laura loves to tell stories through color and composition. She creates playful and aesthetic designs, inspired by the world that have surrounded her through her life. Her unique universe is a patchwork of references to contemporary fashion, to pop culture and to the magic of childhood fairytales. This adds a present nerve and a nostalgic soul to her designs.

House of Tomorrow /
Collection for children

In 2018 Laura graduated from The Royal Academy of Art, with a collection called House of Tomorrow, a hand knitted collection for children. The poem On Children from The Prophet by Lebanese author Khalil Gibran was the inspiration for the collection.

House of tomorrow is poetic, magical and melancholic. It awakens the curiosity and the urge to play. The garments have several functions and solutions, and therefore encourage children to explore, play and interpret them.
